Moving and a NEW School!!!

Hey and I am back! It has been such a long time! I do NOT know exactly how much and not that interested in counting! A LOT of things have been happening. Coming,back from India, scaring one of my friends (because when we came back we could not find an apartment so we had to stay at friends house and her name is Nandana), meeting my friends from India, and much more! Sorry for putting so much exclamations ! I am just SO excited!

Anyway, after we got an apartment and lived there for a few months and we bought a house!!!!!! We were in Oak Creek and moved 45 min away. Drum roll…

BROOKFIELD!

So then my school district changed from OCFSD to Elmbrook!

My school changed from Cedar Hills Elementary to Burleigh Elementary!!!!

Back to my house, my house looks like this: (Describment By the way I made up that word!)

• Amazing and beautiful
• Has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms
• Has a Home Movie Theater (Basement)
• Pretty big
• ETC.

That is my home! When we moved in, I stayed at home for a while. But in my school remember Nandana? She is in my school,grade and CLASS! So I had a little help from her and another one of my friends named Parvana. The school is REALLY big on the outside. But in the inside, its almost a MAZE. At my first week, it was really hard to navigate. But then I got used to it and I am now a pro!

Some challenges that faced me is at first, I got really shy meeting new friends. And, I was really behind in mostly Reading and Social Studies because they were in the middle of the units, but Math was easy because they were starting a new unit which is Fractions and Decimals. In the bus, I was very lonely too. I did not have anyone to keep me company in the bus but I battled that. I started bringing books to read in the bus. Now, I made some friends in the bus named Helen and another girl. So, now I have some company because Helen is always talking to me and so is my other friend.Now I am all settled in!

It was really hard at first and I even sometimes cried. But, now I am TOTALLY fine! It was a lot for me. And that is pretty much my story of Moving and a new school!
